The official mutation was based on the Decree of the Mayor of Surabaya number 821.2 / 10964 / 436.8.3 / 2019 dated November 7, 2019 concerning Appointment in the Position of Primary High Leadership, Administrator Position and Supervisory Position in the City Government of Surabaya.
A total of 37 people were mutated, 12 of them were promoted, while 25 were mutated. The mutated officials consist of 7 people for the position of assistant / Head of Regional Apparatus Organization / Expert Staff, 2 sub-district heads, One Regional Secretary Secretary, 3 Head of Fields, 7 village heads, 3 Village secretaries, 14 Kasi / KasuBag / KasubBid .
