During the meeting, Deputy Mayor of Fukuoka, Japan, Eiichi Nakamura invited the Mayor of Risma to attend the Asia Pacific Cities Summit 2020. This event was held every two years and the Mayor of Risma had attended this event in 2018. The event was November 2020, Eiichi Nakamura told the Mayor of Risma.

In addition, Eiichi Nakamura also offered the Mayor of Risma that Surabaya City became a member of the Asia Pacific Cities Summit (APCS). This APCS is an organization at the Asia Pacific level, one of which also discusses Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) or Sustainable Development Goals.
