Improving services to jointly promote education in Surabaya continues to be pursued by the Office of Education (Dispendik) by inviting advanced private schools to collaborate with other schools (sister schools).
"We want the knowledge to promote schools can be disseminated and can advance education in Surabaya, if we don't handle it then who will," said Kadispendik Surabay Supomo when meeting the heads of private school foundations in the Petra Christian PPPPK Auditorium, Saturday (02/15/2020).Supomo, revealed that the Mayor (Tri Rismaharini, ed) has a strong commitment so that Surabaya children get the best access to education, so that later generations of the nation will be able to become successful people in the future.
"Various educational scholarships have been able to turn Surabaya children into successful people, such as those who have become pilots, flight attendants, and aircraft technicians," Supomo said.
He added that the government would not be able to solve the problem without the support of its citizens. Therefore, the role of educational institutions in Surabaya was very important to jointly improve the quality of education.
